Jim Kelligrew is a seasoned banking executive with over 30 years of experience in capital markets and commercial banking. He most recently served as Vice Chair and Head of Corporate & Commercial Banking at U.S. Bank, where he led the division through significant growth and innovation. Under his leadership, the bank expanded its capabilities and product offerings, and he played a pivotal role in launching the Digital Assets division, including the issuance of the first-ever digital racial equity bond. Prior to joining U.S. Bank in 2009, Jim held senior roles at Wells Fargo Securities and Bank of America Securities.
Julie Bernard is a Principal at Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory, where she leads Cyber Risk Services for the insurance sector. With over 30 years of experience at the intersection of business process and information technology, she specializes in security strategy, privacy, consumer authentication, fraud prevention, and threat management. Julie is the visionary behind Deloitte’s financial services cybersecurity spending benchmark and has served on advisory boards for the Executive Women’s Forum and the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC). She holds a BA in Music and Business Administration from Westminster College and an MBA in Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Euclid Walker brings over 26 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, and alternative investment advisory. He is the Managing Partner of Parkway Investment Management and a Senior Partner at Global Oak Capital Markets. A former Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, Euclid held leadership roles across New York, London, and Johannesburg, advising on M&A, capital markets, and private equity transactions. He is also the founder of multiple firms focused on family office advisory and opportunity zone investing. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Morehouse College, Euclid chairs its Trusteeship Committee and has served on numerous civic and investment committees nationwide.
