During his 25-year career across Institutional Investments, Capital Markets, International and Emerging Markets, and Investment Banking at UBS, Merrill Lynch, and Lehman Brothers, Marcus also notably launched South Carolina's first minority-owned Investment Bank (Global Oak Capital Markets). Marcus has been an innovator, producer, and leader, but most importantly, a trusted advisor and partner for clients during his career. Marcus also currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at Homium. Prior, Marcus led the ESG, Impact and Digital Innovation teams across the Corporate and Investment bank at U.S. Bank, the 5th largest domestic bank.

Over her 17 years in Capital Markets and Wealth Management, Milena has led key strategic Digital Assets initiatives and investment portfolios for Enterprise and Capital Markets divisions at U.S. Bank, Citi and Bank of America. She currently leads Sales and Partnerships at Ownera for the U.S. and Latin America.

Milena has market leading expertise in product full lifecycle development, strategic partnerships, as well as blockchain and A.I. based digital infrastructure strategies with an extensive network in the digital asset and impact investment markets.

With experience across several capital markets products, including origination and underwriting of Investment Grade & High Yield Debt, Amari has facilitated innovative liquidity solutions with a technical expertise on corporate finance and fund operations.
